Burn Fat with These Super Fat Burning Foods
You can speed up the rate at which your body burns fat by feeding it foods that put the process into high gear. Here’s a bunch of foods to get you started.
Green isn’t Just Good For the Environment:
Green isn’t just good for the environment – it also helps melt pounds away.
Green tea is an excellent fat burning beverage. Drink a cup of green tea with breakfast and then throughout the day.
Drink it black or if you want to add a little more flavoring then squeeze a tiny bit of lemon into it.
Speaking of green, dark leafy green vegetables are full of fiber which means they’ll fill you up fast and reduce your chances of feeling hungry any time soon after. They’re also high in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
And if you’re watching your weight and want to bid farewell to pounds that are stubborn then include more leafy greens in your daily diet. Some suggestions include broccoli - get over it - kale, bok choy, Romaine lettuce, Swiss chard, mustard greens and spinach – get over this as well, if it was good enough for Popeye…
Here are some Beans and Seeds to Get to Like:
Both beans and legumes are some of nature’s most significant sources of fiber. An example of this is soy. Soy is instrumental at breaking down fat stored in the body. These foods keep blood sugar levels normal and allow for the healthy functioning of the bowels. If you want to burn fat then you need to eat more beans and legumes on a regular basis.
Flax seeds and the oil that comes from flax seeds are able to seek out oil soluble toxins in the body. They then travel into the fatty tissues and eliminate the fat-soluble toxins. What this means is a reduced percentage of fat is able to be stored in the body.
A Little Bit of Cayenne and Nuts Does You Good:
Cayenne is a spice that is very hot but it’s also effective at speeding up the metabolic process. What this means is calories are burned at a swifter pace and therefore excess fat on your body dissolves quicker! Cayenne also has another fat burning advantage as well. It lowers the amount of sugar in the blood and this ensures any left over insulin doesn’t get stored as fat.
If you want to burn more fat then buy some cayenne and start using it on many of your favorite dishes.
Fat is burned more readily if you take in enough essential fatty acids on a consistent basis. To add more of this essential to your diet eat more nuts but make sure they are unsalted and raw. Stay away from the ones that are barbecued or flavored with any other seasoning. Nuts help to burn fat and they can also reduce your risk of suffering a heart attack by 60 percent.
Most of these foods are readily available and by moving towards these fat burning foods and away from fat accumulating foods – you now what they are – then you can begin to give yourself a fighting chance of getting to the right size and being healthy.
