Lose Weight with Hypnosis – the Right Food in the Right Amount

Summer is only 3 months away and you can get ready for it with my group weight loss hypnosis classes to support MS and Brain Tumor Societies in Massachusetts.

Last year I ran a few Stop Smoking Hypnosis classes at the Whitin Community Center in Whitinsville, Massachusetts, and donated all profits to the National MS Society.

We rose over $1,000 to benefit MS by supporting the Riders on the Storm cycle team in the Cape Cod MS Race.

This year our goal is to raise $3,000 and help two worthy charities. We’ll be providing support again to Multiple Sclerosis but also this year to the National Brain Tumor Society in honor of a dear friend who passed away after a battle with a brain tumor last year.

This year I’m running one weight loss class for six weeks during the March and April time frame. The cost of the entire program is only $200 per person, and each class lasts for 2 hours and starts on Wednesday March 17th, 2010 at 7:00pm and repeats for the next 6 Wednesdays and finishing on April 21, 2010.

Each participant will experience 6 hypnosis sessions aimed at helping to achieve their weight loss goals, and as a bonus they’ll receive 4 hypnosis sessions on CD to listen at home and which reinforce the work done in the sessions.

This program is being sponsored again by the Whitin Community Center who has generously donated facilities for the 6-week program. Due to size of the facilities we’ll be using space will be limited and pre-registration is required.

The core of the program is based on my private weight loss hypnosis program provided in my practice in the Worcester and metro-West Boston area.

This is not another diet program! In fact I don’t really care what diet program you’re following or even if you’re on a plan already. At the end of the day the diet is not the primary predictor of a successful weight loss program.

Success is determined by changing your relationship with food and this is what hypnosis focuses on.

Yes, we’ll be discussing healthy food choices and how to include exercise into your weight loss plan, but the biggest determination of your success is YOU and changing your eating habits. And this is something no diet plan can address but hypnosis can.

This is why I’ve titled the program “Lose Weight with Hypnosis – the Right Food in the Right Amount at the Right Time.

In addition to discussing healthy foods we’ll also cover topics such as portion size and when you should eat, and how to overcome emotional eating for comfort or stress. My aim is to not overwhelm you with science and information.

I want you to experience small changes that if applied consistently over time will get you to the right size – and hopefully to be able to wear that swimsuit hiding in the closet you’ve not been able to fit into for many years.
