The Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen – Know When to Eat Organic
In my weight loss hypnosis sessions I talk a lot about healthy eating habits as this is not only key to getting the weight off but also to ensuring it doesn’t return.
Most people feel eating fruits and vegetables is a healthy choice and most of the time it is, but a lot of our produce is subjected to farming methods that mean as they may not always be as taint-free as we would like.
Eating organic is always preferred and here is some guidance I’ve come across that lists which of our fruits and vegetables you should always buy organic.
Always buy organic versions of these items; worst offenders are listed first.
