Taking responsibility of your habit and doing whatever you're told to do by your hypnotist is key to becoming a non-smoker. There are no guarantees either.  I can't guarantee you will do what I tell you to do outside the hypnosis session, anymore than you can guarantee the behavior of your children.\r\n\r\nBut enough.
