Mark Tyrell is an experienced hypnotherapist<\/strong> and psychology trainer<\/em> who delivers 10 high quality hypnosis sessions\u00a0 you can listen to as often as you wish. The sessions are aimed at breaking you free of the thoughts of smoking for good and require repeated listening<\/strong> to be effective. Is it a Perfect Produc<\/span><\/strong>t?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

No product is perfect and my one quibble with the program\u00a0 is you’re encouraged to decide yourself when to quit. Until you reach the decision to stop you can continue to smoke during the program. It states, \u201cYou only quit when you reach the stage where you don\u2019t want to smoke any more<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

This is contrary to most other stop smoking hypnosis programs, and not something I would recommend. I see this as creating conflict and encouraging people never to get to a point where they stop for good. That being said I can see how this could be appealing to smokers who want to “try<\/strong>” hypnosis before they “buy<\/em>” into it fully.<\/p>\n

Outside this one aspect of the product – which you can ignore the advice, and as I said no program is perfect despite what the marketing materials will promote – this is a solid addition to the library of quality self-hypnosis products.
