The office is located just a few minutes from exit 11 on Mass Pike (Route 90)

Directions:

From the East: Take Mass Pike West to exit 11 - Millbury/Worcester. At end of the ramp turn right heading on Route 122 towards Grafton for approx. 1 mile.

The office is located in the 202 Worcester Street office building 1 mile on the left after leaving the Mass Pike. There is a large white sign at the building parking lot entrance. Take the entrance door to the left of the Yarn Shop, and take stairs to the second floor. Smoke Free At Last is the first door on your right.

From the West: Take Mass Pike East to exit 11 - Millbury/Worcester. At end of the ramp turn right heading on Route 122 towards Grafton for approx. i mile.

From the North: From New Hampshire/Maine take Routes 3/93/95 to Route 495 in Massachusetts. Take Route 495 South to Route 90 West exit 22 toward Springfield/Albany.

Follow directions as From the East.

From the South: From Providence take Route 95 North to Route 495 North. Take 495 North to Route 90 West exit 22 toward Springfield/Albany.
