Stop Smoking is one of the most popular habits overcome using hypnosis. There have been many arguments and dubious studies performed to prove each of the methods is the best. Stats really can say what you want them to provide based on what you measure.

Whatever individual studies attempt to prove it’s difficult to ignore that hypnosis has been instrumental in helping people quit smoking who had tried everything else to quit but couldn’t. Certainly, this has been my own experience and those of many of my clients.

In this selection of articles though I’ve attempted to lay out realistic assessment of using hypnosis to quit smoking. Smoker’s who come expecting to be put into hypnosis, have their brain “scrubbed clean” of this habit, and wake-up to never wanting another cigarette in their life are indeed dreaming. It just doesn’t work that way.

You’ll discover smoking cessation programs with a hypnotist involve active participation of the client. Taking responsibility of your habit and doing whatever you’re told to do by your hypnotist is key to becoming a non-smoker. There are no guarantees either. I can’t guarantee you will do what I tell you to do outside the hypnosis session, anymore than you can guarantee the behavior of your children.

But enough. Read the information here as it will tell you if you’re ready to quit cigarettes, and if you are how to seek out a qualified hypnotist to help you stop.
